- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, ship the product back to our address (details shared via email).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
